If you are not completely satisfied with your Pulmo Balance purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 90 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. This guarantee applies to all packages, including opened and used bottles.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@pulmobalance.com. Include your order number and the reason for your return request. Our team will provide you with return shipping instructions and any additional information needed to process your refund.
Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the original purchase date. Both opened and unopened bottles are eligible for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. All bottles (including empty ones) must be returned to complete the refund process.
Once we receive your returned product, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. Shipping and handling charges may not be refundable.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@pulmobalance.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
